Hey guys,

I have correctly setup connection of the Soft Phone to our 3510. I can make internal and external calls no problem. But when receiving an incoming call from another internal extension, the call goes to Voice Mail (with out the softphone ring, although at that point the softphone says (not responding), then the softphone rings, but no answer window pops up, then finally the answer windows does come up and when answer there is now call as it has gone through to VM.

I'm using windows 7, tested with no firewall and all VM setting turned off.
(When testing with different softphone software on same extension it works fine).

Any ideas?
