Hello,

I purchased a 2850Vn today and I'm having problems with one of the ethernet ports. If I use the last port on the router (4/WAN), the device connecting through that port will not connect to the network.

The first 3 ports are in use and are running at 1000, these work fine, yet when I plug something into the last port it does not work, the left green LED lights up solid but that's it. If I swap what is connected in 4 to either 1, 2 or 3, it works fine. I have tried different cables without any joy either.
If anyone has got any ideas about this problem please let me know! if not I will call Draytek support.

many thanks
Jason

DOn't worry, I've sorted it. I had to disable WAN2 and WAN3 so that the 4th port worked normally. This router is a little more complex than my old 2800VG!
