Is anyone who has got their Draytek router going with Sky Fibre also using DDNS?

Is it working for you?

What about incoming connections, are any IP ports blocked at the modem?

I'm thinking of jumping to Sky fibre from Sky ADSL2+, but I don't want to lose my ability to host email and LAN-LAN VPN using DDNS targets at both ends.

As I understand it from reading various forums the solution is to use the Sky modem, then a Cat5 cable to the WAN port on my 2820vn (running the latest BETA firmware) to make the ISP connection. But no-one has so far mentioned any changes to incoming data behaviour. Is it affected by the MER step in the chain?

[edit:] Whoops, I posted this in the wrong section of the forum. Could a moderator please move this post to the Installation and Setup section.
