hi we have around 8 sites all using draytek routers various but mostly 2820. most connections are eclipse fibre.

we have set the management port to 8080 as we do with all our installs

the problem we are having is that the router cannot be access after a few days from the web management. both internal/external ips do not work not even telnet. the only solution is to manaually reboot them. all firmwares are up to date and currently getting no where with tech support!

has anyone come accross it, its driving me and my customer mad!

i have another 5 sites connected in the same way and they never go down!?

We are experiencing the same with a Vigor 3900, which has 16 Draytek Routers in various locations connecting in on IPSec VPN. every few days the Router is not available on HTTP or Telnet management and we have to power off/on. I've raised this with Draytek and am awaiting more information on what might be causing it. If I get a resolution I'll let you know.

The 16 Routers that connect are a mixture of 2820n / 2830n .

Thank you, we didnt really get anywhere with draytek, in the end i found a scheduled reboot of the routers at 4AM kept them very stable.

but any info you get would be good!
