vigor2850vn and BT infinity2 not working - help draytek .

I followed the dratek guide on setting up the vigor2850Vn on BT Infinity2. I have used the grey cable to connect from the BT socket, into the VDSL/ADSL port on the router (if someone could confirm that is correct I would be grateful).

Raised a call with DrayTek and got told within a couple of hours to upgrade firmware - which I did. Still have the issue.

I pasted screen shots of my setup into a word document and emailed them to draytek. More than 24 hours later I have had no reply or updates.

Pretty poor support :( I'm getting pretty fed up with the situation - how long long does one normally need to wait for support from dratek ?

Hello, if I read you message correclty, you can't connect to the internet?

In which case would it be appropriate to call the Internet Connectivity Telephone Helpline as shown on the page:
