I've flashed it twice. On both occasions after a few minutes the router stops responding and all the LAN port lights flash really quickly. After leaving it a suitable period of time (I left it 10+ minutes) a hard power off and on restores sanity and the thing comes up on 1.5.2.

Nice Quality control there. Maybe it wont happen for others........

I'm running the 1.5.2 version, build date 31 Aug 2012 18:10:37, VDSL firmware version 1412f0, without any problems. It has been up for five days, now, without any disconnects or reboots.

Are you running exactly the same version?
