2850 Wireless Isolation was created by regisit
Has anyone tried to use wireless isolation on the 2850n (3.6.2)?

They've changed the SSID isolation settings from Member & LAN to Member & VPN (but only partially updated the user guide!). There now seems to be no setting to isolate wireless clients from the LAN. Indeed, checking both the Member and VPN boxes does not isolate wireless clients from the LAN. I've tested this on my box. SSID1 is for the private LAN and as expected I can access machines on the LAN. SSID2 is for guest access to the internet only, with both Isolate options checked, but when connected to SSID2, I can still access private machines on my LAN!!!

So anyone know where the Isolate LAN setting has gone? No idea why Isolate VPN would be there without Isolate LAN when VPN is much lesser used function.

Turns out that Draytek have decided to remove this setting!

Now, if you want to implement LAN isolation from wireless clients, you have to enable VLAN and configure two separate LANs so clients on the guest SSID go on their own subnet.
