I recently installed a Draytek 2960 router to act as a DHCP server/ firewall. We also have a Draytek wireless (disabled) AP used as the modem between the 2960 and the router.

However since installing, users with mobile devices cannot get internet access through the wireless network (We have various consumer APs) throughout our office. Weirdly everyone has a laptop with wireless and can connect and browse without any issues, but anybody with a mobile phone/iPad cannot get access. They can connect to the network but cannot browse the internet.

Any ideas? Is it just a setting within the new 2960 router?

Try enabling the wireless ap? Can't see how the laptop can connect without it unless you have another device you haven't mentioned.
I'm using the 2960 with a draytek 800 and wireless works for my mobile devices.
