Hi Guys, I have a reboot loop problem caused, I think, with a 3G USB dongle! I have tried factory reset button and power down etc. I cannot reach the interface as the router will not stay up long enough to get a connection.
Any advice / cures??

I assume you are trying to get in to the router with the dongle removed. Did this problem only start when you plugged the dongle in to the router?
Is yours a supported dongle (See 3G tab here - http://www.draytek.co.uk/products/vigor2850.html) ?

There is also the possibility that the psu has failed (a common Draytek problem). Are you able to test it's output with a multimeter- or substitute a known working unit of the same rating?

Hi, Yes dongle is removed. I have used the 3G before and all ok (O2). It is one on the list. I used this as i had main dsl failure (cable theft). I have another router with same psu and tried this but still no go.
The config was fine as it had been working a while back. ??
