VLAN Printing was created by scottw
Hi,
I have a 2850 router with VLAN enabled on all 4 ports. The trouble is that I have maxed out the ports.
I need one more port so that i can share a printer between all VLANS.
My question is, can i have a Printer on.. say VLAN1 port and share it with all the other VLANS?
I think on a Cisco router you can create an ACL to do this. Any thoughts?

I guess it depends if it's a port-based VLAN or tag based. If tag based, you might be able to if all of the devices support tagging....not sure, but that's the area to explore..or just buy a bigger switch
