VOIP and PSTN on the same handset was created by davehall29
Does anyone know how to configure the Digit Map that will allow me to direct calls to VOIP or PSTN without having to enter #0 on the phone handset (this works fine). I have tried various combinations in the digit map but have failed so far. Vigor 2820Vn

What would you use to identify which call goes down which line?
This setup is a little overcomplicated maybe, dialling 9 as a prefix will make the call go out over PSTN.
the ? is a wildcard and the second entry would allow numbers between 1 and 7 digits to go over PSTN automatically, which should work for local calls and emergency numbers. All other numbers between 8 and 15 digits with no prefix would go through SIP

This didn't work for me. Dialling 9 before the PSTN call picks the line after a few seconds but there is no dialtone. If it did work I would have hoped that between dialling the 9 and getting the pstn dialtone would have been the time it takes to call the relay.

Did you try entering the digits (including the pre-fixed '9'), then pressing the 'dial' or 'call' button on the phone?
