Hi, I have a Draytek 2850n and am trying to get the Polycom Telepresence M100 software working. I have opened the ports required 1719-1720, 1731 and UDP 3230-3237. However Im unable to recieve any audio or Video. I have selected the tick box in the "Call Settings" to Use NAT and entered my Public IP Address. I have also added the computer to DMZ in teh Draytek router but am still unable to make any successfull calls. It seems that I can send video and audio but no recieve anything. I receive an error message:
"A firewall on the computer or network may be blocking the audio and video from the far end. Please read the trouble shooting in help and adjust the firewall settings to allow inbound audio and video".

I have also turned off the Windows firewall too but still no luck. Does draytek support H.323? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
