just wander if anyone has had same issues case scenarios

USER1 is on P2P large download/upload
OR
USER1 is doing large download from web

After about 20-30M all the other users are not able to browse the web but when i test ping it is fine plus VOIP calls come in but you can not her the person on the other end

NAS is doing large backup/upload to remoter NAS-SVR every night in the morning customer is on the phone to us no internet connection :twisted: :twisted: !!!

Is this the known issue ? Or what configuration change is it i need to make

Do you have DOS Defense enabled and more specifically UDP flood defense?

I've disabled UDP flood defense and looks like that has solved issue
