Hi Does anyone know how to change the provider from fragFINN back to commtouch for the WFC

Yep - it depends a bit on the router but say it's a 2830 for instance, you'd go to CSM - Web Content Filter Profile, click the Activate link on there.
That should prompt for your MyVigor login and if one wasn't setup then I think you can make an account and it'll link.
Once you're in the MyVigor site, go to My Information - My Product and select your router from the list and on that page, click the On button for the Commtouch license if you've got that activated.
That should reactivate it with the router again
