WAN3 (Orange 3G) on Draytek 2850

WAN3 (Orange 3G) on Draytek 2850 was created by itll
Hi configured this 2850 with Spitfire as WAN 1 and works like GEM.

Now when i am trying to set-up the Orange 3G Dongle (which works fine on the laptop ) it wouldn't connect.

Can some please advise on what i am doing wrong ?

Under status it is disconnected and i didn't see at least once under status connected.

Here are the the setup details i have on the router.

Wan --> General Setup

WAN3
(Orange 3G) V USB/- 0 / 0 Always On

Under WAN >> General Setup

WAN 3
Enable: Yes
Display Name: Orange 3G
Physical Mode: USB
Physical Type: Auto Negotiate
Line Speed(Kbps):
DownLink : 0
UpLink : 0
Active Mode: Always On


Under WAN >> Internet Access Scree

(Default:ATDT*99#, CDMA:ATDT#777, TD-SCDMA:ATDT*98*1#)
PPP Username : Blank (Optional)
PPP Password : Blank (Optional)
PPP Authentication : PAP or Chap

WAN Connection Detection
Mode : ARP Detect
Ping IP : grayes out
TTL: Blank


Under Status Screen i get this and nothing happens even when i click Dail PPP

WAN 3 Status >> Dial PPP
Enable Line Name Mode Up Time Signal
Yes USB Orange 3G PPP 00:00:00 -
IP GW IP TX Packets TX Rate(Bps) RX Packets RX Rate(Bps)
--- --- 0 0 0 0

Please advise.

Maybe its the APN,
