after dialing ****
"IVR configuration, please input a valid value followed by the hash key or hang up"

We enter
1155#
"invalid option"

WE have tried entering other codes then # with the same result

We have tried changing the analogue phone we are using

Can anyone tell us what are we doing wrong please?

OK. Looks like we have solved our own problem here. The instructions on the draytek site under "Mickeys Guides" are wrong. The codes it tells you to use are incorrect. We found the correct codes at support.draytek.net.au

This website contained the correct information.
