I am looking to set up the Smart Monitor software with our 2960 router however I'm unsure how to achieve the port mirroring required as describe HERE .

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

the instructions there haven't been updated for the 2960 which has a different implementation of port mirroring, try this instead:

I'm on 1.0.5 and only have the 802.1Q VLAN tab .... no others!

This was on 1.0.6 I think (we are now on 1.0.7_Beta as requested by Draytek) however this still did not fully work as the PC running the software didn't seem to be picking anything up.

However our router is also having a reboot issue at the moment which I am dealing with support on, so this is currently disabled.
