Network Printer over VLan was created by mark_s
Hello, Thank you for any advice you may have to help.
What i want to do is to Print Over 2 LAN to the Network Printer.
So we can share a Network Printer but can not see each other over the network.
Since the last firmware update the USB is no longer an option as it cycles and reboots the Router for no reason.
So the USB is not an option for me. I moved to the version below only 2 days ago.

Model Name : Vigor2830n
Firmware Version : 3.6.3_sb_232201
Build Date/Time : Sep 17 2012 16:18:48

I have 3 VLans on my Router.
VLAN0 192.168.1.1 for My Work
VLAN2 192.168.5.1 for the Children
VLAN3192.168.7.1 for The Network Printer.

I struggled with this for most of the day and the following page helpful in understanding the Group and the Company.

http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/kb_vigor_vlan.html

So ive configured my Printer to sit on 192.168.7.20 (vlan3)
From 192.168.1.1(vlan0) i can ping 192.168.7.20(vlan3) so i can be happy have have the vlan tick boxes in the right place.
I can from 192.168.7.1)vlan3) print to the printer. But not from 192.168.1.1 (vlan0)which is my frustration?

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer. Is this a Printer or Vlan Issue ?
Please note i'm learning draytek's if you can bare that in mind thank you.
