Hello All,

I have 3 servers at home (Mail, Web and Media) and I have put these in a bandwidth group, so they can only use x bandwidth (3000 Kbit/s up and down) and they run fine.

I have Zen Fibre giving me 50Mb/s down and 17Mb/s up. I have four users at home, myself the wife and 2 kids. What I would like to be able to do is to be able to dynamically limit the available bandwidth so everyone gets a fair share, but not a fixed limit so that if only one person is online, they can have the entire bandwidth.

Can I do this using BW rules on the Vigor 2850?

Bandwidth Management / Bandwidth limit page
Specific location: Start IP - End IP (four users IP addresses)
and check the "Shared".
