2820 and RX CRC errors. was created by mgillespie
Have a 2820 and seem to be getting a high amount of RX CRC errors, so much that Loveflim streaming somtimes burps, and webpages fail to load.
Other times thinks work fine (although the error rates goes gradually climb). At times, error rate goes mental, last night nothing worked, everything was coming back as error, I rebooted the router and it started working fine again.
Running the standard UK ADSL firmware and my line stats:
I am getting 0.4% CRC on the RX.
RX packets (over 3 days) 12761850
RX CRC errors (over same period) 59750

You can try some other modem codes
Some suggestions are 2471201,2431301,244001
The first one is also suggested for most UK lines.Note the loop attenuator should be also lower with them 3 firmware codes
Not master reset needed if you will use the same firmware ... example V3.3.7.3_2471201 ... V3.3.7.3_2431301 so the all* file is fine
