Just quickly - why can I not ping my Vigor2820n from the WAN side. We have our fixed IP address assigned in the WAN set-up, which I have used successfully for years for VPN access. I now need to run some tests on an external GPRS router, which connected to an old PC can quite happily ping www.bbc.co.uk, but not the WAN side of my router.

What am I missing?
