Vigor V3300 losing settings once a month

Vigor V3300 losing settings once a month was created by evahteev
I have vigor V3300 in my office (17 PC) and 1 WAN connected, sometimes it starts freeze and CPU USAGE of router is about 100%, after reboot it loosing settings such as WAN mac address, IPSEC settings and so on. After factory reset and reconfigurate of router it works ok, until that time with high CPU USAGE again. It's hardware or software problem of V3300?
