I've just purchased 3 x 29850n, one of which I am trying to use with my PlusNet Fibre product.

From my understanding, PlusNet's fibre service is identical to BT's Infinity product, however, I am having trouble getting the device to authenticate a DSL connection after having put in my plusnet username (username@plusdsl.net) and password. I have had it connect recently but after the last restart of the device and several restarts, teh but once again is refusing to establish a connection.

The VDSL light flashes and the web interface shows the WAN connection as disconnected (red text).

Can anyone advise on what I should try. Any advise on what I should look for in the SysLog?

Have you checked at WAN >> General Setup>>wan>>VLAN Tag insertion enable>>tag value 101
