I've swapped out my BT HomeHub for a Draytek 2820n using Wan2 to the Openreach modem. Firmware 3.3.7.3_232201. All works fine. I get 70+ down and 15+ up on speedtest.net.

I use Logmein to support a lot of PCs. Some people are on ADSL lines and Logmein works fine with them. But some people also have Infinity line at their end and with them the Logmein freezes for seconds (10?) at a time then works for seconds (20?). Basically it is unusable.

If I swap back to the BT Home Hub it works fine for all the remote PCs.

I'm not sure what the problem could be - I've read something about MTU, but using PPoE the max MTU size is 1492 and it seems this should be ok?

Any ideas?
