I'm having trouble filtering google images, I want to do the following

Use google
Use google images
block undesirable images in google images
Not have to switch safe search on google for every browser/pc/ipad/iphone/touch in the house.

So far I can use google safely but putting inappropriate searches into google images shows lots of undesirables in a summary page of large thumbs

I have too many devices to enforce google safe browsing on everything individually so I need to do it centrally.
1. adding this on the end of any google search "safe=on"

2. Force google.com and www.google.com to resolve to the IP address of nosslsearch.google.com.

are either of these possible using draytek routers or am I missing a trick in the CMS to do this another way?
