Hope someone here can help me. I have just taken over day to day IT maintenance for a small firm which has a draytek vigor 2820n. I need to reset this router to factory defaults for various reasons, but no-one in the company knows its IP address, nor can I determine it by the usual means - except that it is clearly no longer set to the default/factory setting. This Draytek doesn't have a 'reset' button - can anyone tell me how I might effect a reset - or, alternatively, find out its IP so that I can at least get to the admin UI? the reset button is at the front & left saying: factory reset

default factory ip is 192.168.1.1, pass admin, user admin...if they have change it the only way is from only from reset button or via the utility tool
