Hi guys,

We have recently taken over a support contract, these guys have a host of draytek products, all of which are on default credentials, all apart from this device

I can hit the webpage, iv tried the "draytek" "1234" as suggested by drayteks site however no joy, iv tried a host of passwords we were given when the hand over went through but without any joy.

My question is this, is there any way of getting into this product without having to factory reset it or to backup the config then factory set it.

Probably no but its worth an ask !

Try ... try "admin" "blank" or "admin" "admin" or "blank" "blank" or "draytek" "blank" other way you know a master reset will need

The username on that one will always be "draytek" which can't be changed, the default password is "1234" but if that's been changed and you can't find the password then you will need to factory reset it to get access to it.

Never tried but i thought by setting System Maintenance >> User Password (not administrator password) will change the user name
