2830n & Infinity 2? was created by psykix
After just getting a second ADSL line put in last month, because we could only get 2Mb speeds, they have only gone and made Infinity 2 available!

Is my 2830n suitable for Infinity 2? I realise I would need to use WAN2, just wanted some clarification that it will work ok, and can handle the throughput.

Assuming that the answer is in the affirmative, is there any specific firmware I should use?

Cheers :-)

You should be ok with a 2830n, my 2820n works well with the 76mb service. I get the full rated speed for the line.

That's good to hear. I thought that the 2820 only supported 50mbps though, which is what made me ask!

So did I, so I was pleasantly surprised when I didn't have to buy a new router!
