I need to set up a leased-line installation in a serviced-office, as follows:
- Total bandwidth available is 30Mb/30Mb (up/down)
- 1 x dedicated segment of 10Mb/10Mb, to a single IP-address
- Remaining 20Mb/20Mb to be shared by all other users, but limited to a maximum 0.75Mb/10Mb for each individual IP-address

I managed to do this type of thing with a 2955, but can't quite see how to do it with the 2960 - can anyone offer any pointers, please?
