I have a vigor3200 and I can ping google.com , cnn.com or any other major website. I'm currently trying to connect to an off site office that's literally two blocks away and I cant ping it. I tried pinging this off site from another location and I can definitely ping it. If i do a trace route from the router it drops right away. If I do a trace route from another location I can see the path it takes to get to the off site office. Does anyone have this happen? or any suggestions?
