Hi - Can't get the Vodafone USB modem to dial with the Draytek. I've seen it's listed in the document at http://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/images/PDF/DrayTek/DrayTek-2830n-3GUSB.pdf , so it should be good, but try as I might it won't actually dial and connect.
Draytek firmware is 3.6.4 (have tried the two firmwares on the downloads page, no dice)

What are the steps to diagnosing and hopefully fixing my issue please? Thanks
