While I had the TalkTalk TV Linear IPTV service running with my Draytek, (http://forum.draytek.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=17876) when they installed the FTTC Modem it broke.

Also, out of the box, just plugging in the FTTC Modem to WAN2 will not work (TalkTalk simply plug their Router in, prove it's all working and than say "your problem" - which is probably fair enough.....)

So here is how to get it all working (also see my post on getting TR069 to work as well - http://forum.draytek.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18960)

WAN >> General Setup
Click on WAN1 (assuming no ADSL any more): Enable = No
Click on WAN3 (assuming no backup connection): Enable = No
Click on WAN2
Enable = Yes
Display Name = Fibre Modem
Physical Type = Auto negotiation
VLAN Tag insertion = Disable
Active Mode = Always On
Load Balance = Checked (if WAN1 or WAN3 used as backup), else un-checked

WAN >> Internet Access

WAN2, Fibre Modem, Ethernet: Access Mode = Static or Dynamic IP
[Details Page][Static or Dymanic IP Tab]
Enable = Checked
Keep WAN Connection, Enable PING to keep alive = Unchecked

WAN Connection Detection, Mode = ARP Detect

WAN IP Network Settings, Obtain an IP address automatically = Checked
Router Name =
Domain Name =

DHCP Client Identifier for some ISP = Unchecked

Specify an IP address = Unchecked

Default MAC Address = Checked

DNS Server IP Address:
Primary IP Address = 208.67.220.222 (left blank or your favourite DNS provider)*
Secondary IP Address = 208.67.220.222 (left blank or your favourite DNS provider)*
* I use Open DNS

WAN >> Multi-PVCs

General:
Leave Channel 1 enabled, if you had Channel 3 enabled and are not using ADSL as a back-up then Channel 3 can be disabled.

Port-based Bridge:
If Channel 3 was enabled then un-check P1,P2,P3 & P4, set Service Type = Normal and then set Channel 3: Enable = Unchecked

Applications >> IGMP

Enable IGMP Proxy = Checked and set to [WAN2]
Enable IGMP Snooping = Checked

System Maintenance >> Configuration Backup

Now back up your configuration

Complete

You should now be able to go to the Engineers Test Channel and Linear IPTV should be working.
