Don't have this model but Latest firmware 3.7.3.3 if you need is here: (if you will update, i suggest the use of the *rst* file and then all settings from the begin
ftp://ftp.draytek.com/Vigor2860/v3.7.3.3/

Perhaps at Applications >> Dynamic DNS Setup have added (at index) "customized" so may let you set the settings of the o-matic you need ... which i think are:
Service Provider:- Customized
Provider Host:- updates.dnsomatic.com
Service API:- /nic/update?hostname=
Auth Type:- basic
Connection Type:- Http
Leave Server Response blank
your dns-omatic login name and password.
Wildcards ticked (don't know if that matters or not)

(you may need enable http from System Maintenance >> Management

or
Update URL: updates.dnsomatic.com/nic/update?hostname=all.dnsomatic.com
Update Server: updates.dnsomatic.com

Thanks for the quick reply.

I upgraded the firmware with the .rst file and still no luck - there is no option to set up a customised service provider.

I have been using an Asus router for the last year after many different versions of Draytek and found the performance allroud very good. The 2860n tempted me back to Draytek due to the WAN to LAN throughput and some of the more advanced funtionality that just isn't on the Asus. To be honest I am beginning think I have made a mistake.

Come on Draytek give us an option to use customised DNS providers!

Tanks.

@abellia - the custom option is in 3.7.4.1_RC2. If you need it urgently - try submitting a support request to Draytek.
