Routing all traffic to a different IP

Good afternoon.

We have two sites (Site C: 192.168.0.0/24, Site H: 192.168.1.0/24) joined by a point to point ethernet circuit. I am trying to configure two Draytek 2920n to sit at the end of the line.

Our internet access at Site C is controlled by a Sonicwall TZ210 (192.168.0.2). What I need to do is set the 2920n (192.168.0.29) to be the default gateway for users on the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet and forward all internet traffic to the TZ210. Basically I need two routing rules:

1) All traffic to the Draytek for the network 192.168.1.0/24 should be sent via LAN2. I've set this up as a static route.
2) All other traffic should be forwarded by the Draytek to the IP 192.168.0.2 via LAN1. I cannot figure out how to do this. I tried to add a static route for 0.0.0.0 with gateway 0.0.0.0 and put 192.168.0.2 as the gateway, but the Draytek wouldn't save it and reported it as "Invalid".

Can anyone shed any light on how to achieve this? I do not want to "daisychain" the Sonicwall onto the Draytek if possible.

Why bother with the draytek at all if you're not using its WAN connections?

I know next to nothing about sonicwalls but surely it must be able to run multiple subnets?

It is. However, it is terrible at volume traffic handling. We are trying to use the Drayteks to alleviate the throughput that the Sonicwall is having to deal with.

I've achieved the result that I want by adding a route using telnet (ip route add 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.0.2 0 default), but the route isn't persistent and disappears when the Draytek is rebooted.
