Between ARP table and DHCP table all LAN devices are accounted for except two - a dLink router/WAP and my Devolo "homeplug" type adapter. Both of which are wired to the network by ethernet and have static IP addresses set internally.

My husband says they're probably using RIP protocol. According to my manual that should be found under Network>DynamicRoute. But I don't have that. In its place I have something called PolicyRoute, which doesn't appear to be just another name for Dynamic Route as the fields under it are nothing like the ones in the manual.

What's going on?
