VLAN(LAN1) IP to VLAN(LAN2) IP

Hi,

I have 2 subnets on different vlans on a 2860n plus

192.168.2.0/24 VLAN1(LAN1)
192.168.3.0/24 VLAN2(LAN2)

I want to be able to make 1 IP talk to another IP from each of these

so 192.168.2.10 talk to 192.168.3.20 and vice versa

How can I do this?

I tried the inter-lan routing but it doesnt seem to work.
