GlobalView, I can't get it to work was created by alanwooler
Hi all,
I have purchased a Vigor 2920n for my new office and have purchased the WCF for it and I simply can't get it to work. I have found some info on Vigor's FAQ pages and tried doing the below as they suggest:

1. Gone to 'Firewall' then 'General Setup' then clicked on the 'Default Rule'
2. Selected '1-Default' under the 'Web Content Filter'
3. Gone to 'CSM' then 'Web Content Filter Profile'
4. Selected '1. Default'
5. Made sure the Action is set to Block in in the box BELOW the 'Black/White List' area (to be sure I set that box to Block as well) then ticked the box 'Social Networking' and clicked on the 'OK' button.
6. I then navigated to Facebook and Twitter and it allowed both of them.

Obviously I have done something wrong, so can anybody let me know what I have done wrong please.
Basically what I want is the standard categories that I can tick to ban, then have a separate White AND Black lists that I can manually add URLs to. If anybody can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Thanks
Alan
