I have 2 x VDSL lines from Same ISP, on my Draytek V2860 and via WAN2 a Vigor130 ( currently in Static mode onto 2860 , Vigor130 on Router Mode ) .
any way of doubling the Bandwidth via Trunking the 2 lines

By "doubling" I assume you mean something akin to 140+Mbps download speeds for example (2 x FTTC 70Mbps).. Unfortunately not.. this is essentially the difference between load balancing and line bonding (http://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/Features/Article.asp?TextID=1412). Draytek supports WAN load balancing but only your ISP (or suitable service) can provide bonding (using BGP routing). There are a few providers who achieve this using a tunneled loopback type scenario with providers (e.g. sharedband.com) of your choice but, true line bonding is not something that you will achieve with the Draytek alone. Its probably worth asking your provider about though,.. bonding is much more popular now than it was a few years ago.
