Vigor 2860n VDSL was created by dpcatkins1983
I have a vigor 2860n on a customer site, they have VDSL through O2, now i've setup the Router, well i think as it should but they have a static ip and everytime i put it in and try and connect, it connects and shows showtime and is all in green but users can't connect to the internet,

Now if i turn it onto dymanic IP everything works but the internet is very slow around 15Mbps

can anyone help as i need to get the static IP working.

Only a suggestion from me as i am not O2 customer. At the password field try the username blank or set a dummy name (Radius)

Are you sure your not getting a static IP, just from the remote side using DHCP?

Does the IP you get match that on your paperwork?
