Yep. Are you sure your IE is set to defaults, fully cleared cache, and you have tried with compatibility mode both on and fully off? By default any local IP addresses are switched to compatibility mode.

i have also windows 8.1 and works fine all my draytek products, but by the way 8.1 already has IE 11, why haven't update it? If you don't want to update it then check fix issues of microsoft updates for the IE 10 only
