Problems opening ports on Vigor2760n was created by shane649
Help needed, recently replaced router with Vigor2760n, I need access to my cctv which needs TCP 37777 and UDP 37778 ports open,

I opened these ports in Nat open ports and imput my local ip address of the PVR 192.168.1.111 but still cannot access the cameras, I had no issues with the old router with the same settings, what am I doing wrong?

I guess you have the normal standard firmware ... what firmware have you got? 1.2.1 had some fix for nat>open port
Also at main Taiwan is a newer firmware 1.2.1.1 with open sll security fix ... the only difference may be the modem code to be different than the UK one
If you update you need to use the *rst* file extensions which will make a clean istallation, or if you already have the latest & did not use the rst file, try a reset

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I have checked the current firmware version is 3.7.5.1 ??
I downloaded version 1.2.1 but when I try to upgrade the firmware from the web firmware upgrade I get the error Firmware filename invalid, please check!

then you have the delight version, sorry my fault because guessed you had the old standard version
Latest is 3.7.5.2 at UK download pages
I have not heard any issues with port forward with this firmware version
