ACS Drop Down Menus Not Working.

ACS Drop Down Menus Not Working. was created by rk777
I am having a problem getting ACS reports and Drop down menus to function. When I click in to the network and select the network of routers I want to display nothing happens. I cannot send reports once I select the network of routers in the reports menu I get the message "fail" and the report does not display. I have tried IE, Chrome and multiple different computers.

yesterday there is a new software for the VigorACS SI with many fixes (check released note)
if you have the same product (ACS SI) can find it here

ACS is supported directly by your supplier - please contact them directly and you will receive prompt service/support.
For security reasons it should not be discussed in public forums.
