Vigor 110 Multi IP Setup - no PPPOE was created by infinicloud
Hi,

I'm having issues setting up my Vigor 210 in front of a SonicWALL TZ 100 firewall using multiple external addresses (no NAT).

We have a block of WAN IP's from BT, I require the firewall to do NAT so need this needs to be disabled on the Vigor 110. Currently I've setup the IP from the ISP as dynamic (required for BT) on the router, I've then added each of the static addresses from our external block as WAN IP Alias's.

I managed to get this working by configuring each static address from the block as a DMZ host on the router which maps from WAN to private (81.144.123.58 > 81.144.123.58) I can now get to the firewall remotely however none of the IPsec VPNs on the Firewall seem to be working properly.

I've successfully had this setup working with ZyXEL & Billion ADSL routers, recently replaced with the new Vigor 110. I don't want to use PPPOE as I still need to be able to get to the router remotely for reboots and firmware upgrades.

Here's an example of my IP configuration.

Vigor 110
WAN IP (Dynamic): 81.1.12.53
LAN IP: 81.144.123.57

SonicWALL Firewall
WAN IP: 81.144.123.58

Any help on this would be great.

Thanks,

Are you sure it's a new vigor 110? That model has not been made for 7 years!

i dont think (so i am not sure 100%) is possible to disable NAT on drayteks & if i am not mistaken the 110 & 120 it does only PPPoE pass-through
I don't think is possible to the European models to change PPPoE at the 110 or 120 (well my 120 can not be change the PPPoE, so is either PPPoE or PPPoA)

How do I disable NAT ?

You can't actually disable NAT; it's a feature you either use or don't use, so if you don't use it, it just doesn't do anything...
