Hi, I have a Draytek Vigor 2850 and the subscription to BPjM on the web Content Filter is expiring. I want to disable it completely in order to subscribe to the commtouch service but I cannot figure out how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

Presumably you are in Germany as bjpm is not supported in the uk. This forum is for Uk users only.

if i remember correct you may need to log at https://myvigoreu.draytek.com/HomePage/main.php & should give you few options (assuming you have register your product there) other way in your country draytek support should help
