You can’t open the application “DrayTek Firmware Upgrade” because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.
Trying to install Draytek router tool and get this message

It seems you are using apple, there few answers if you google the message "PowerPC applications are no longer supported"
Alternative you can try install only the Firmware Upgrade Utility tool 3.6.5 from here
http://www.draytek.com/index.php?option=com_jumi&view=application&fileid=17&Itemid=586&lang=en
or update firmware via WUI of your browser, System Maintenance >> Firmware Upgrade
