Vigor 2960 Can't check "Inbound Load Balance" Enable button

Hi - I've been playing with the inbound load balance stuff on the 2960 which is a bit flaky but seems to work in a fashion. Unfortunately I now have an "Enable" check box on this screen which when I check waits 5 seconds and then unchecks itself. I've tried this on IE11, Chrome and Safari and it does the same on each. This is with firmware 1.0.9 and following a config where all my load balancing stuff completely disappeared - so it may also have something to do with an incorrect config being stored in the router somewhere, though I'm loath to do a reset and have to set everything up again.

perhaps if you will use the *rst* file or reset and setup everything as you mentioned may helps, sometimes no reset or loading backup files can cause conflict due to the new settings or added features in the UI
