The excellent official support forums at http://forum.draytek.com.my seem to have been down for a few weeks now.

Is there any news on when (whether?) they will be coming back? Is anyone else missing them?

We purchased our first 2960 router as an experiment because, although the firmware was still evolving, we could see that any issues were being handled fast and professionally, mostly by "Ash" in this case.

Those are not UK forums; they were run by a Malaysian distributor.
