Hi
I am unable to connect to the admin page (10.1.1.1:81) to logon or telnet (connection failed).
Is there anything else I can try or is it factory reboot time?

Its a 2830n
its still running, i'm connected over a vpn to it. I have a small two man company, we have a little server running whs each end.
I can ultravnc into the remote server fine, but I cant load the admin page or telnet from there nor directly from this end.
The address of the admin page is 10.1.1.1:81

Have you tried just removing the power and then putting the power back on?

it has had a reboot, when someone is back later i'll ask them to pull the power completely.

its ok i'm back in now.
I asked him to reboot it weeks ago and it tunrs out he didn't because he couldn't log on to the web interface...
