Can anyone help - BT have just installed superfast and whilst I was away plugged their own router in and disconnected my Vigor 2820n. I am led to believe that I can connect to BT superfast using this router, but not sure what settings or how.

I have read somewhere that you connect the 2820n to the BT router via WAN2 - tried this, but not sure what I am doing and it does not work - any help would be very much appreciated in the settings to use on my router and which connections to put the cables into, thank you.

try wan >general set up > wan 2 > enable , always on
wan > internet access > details page, select PPPoE tab and enable top left, username/pass, correct MTU, mode always on and ip automatic
