I am using a 2820 vigor at work and my my credit card pci dss compliance company say a port is showing open. 8080 or 80 and that it connected to remote access. Anyone know how to block these in the admin of the router. Thanks in advance.

try at System Maintenance >> Management>Internet Access Control> if have enabled Allow management from the Internet ... to disable, or at least HTTP/HTTPS

If is disabled then you may need create firewall rules but never tried
